Step 1: You fill out the intake form.
After payment you will be sent an intake form. The form will ask questions about your life right now. Your load, your energy, your relationships, what's draining you, and what you actually want (even if you're not sure). Takes about 20–30 minutes.
Do it after the kids are in bed with a cup of tea.
Step 2: I read it paying full attention to all the details.
I sit with your answers. I look for the patterns including where the load is heaviest, where the energy leaks are, what you're carrying that isn’t or doesn’t need to be yours, and where one small shift would create the most relief.
Step 3: I write your plan.
3–5 pages, written for you personally. Real insight, specific to your life, in plain language. You'll get it within 7 days.
Step 4: You decide what's next.
The plan is yours. Use it on your own. Or if you want someone in your corner while you do the work I also offer Porch Letters and Porch Chats.
